Art of the Disneyland Hotel

The Disneyland Hotel opened its doors to the public in 1955. Over the years it's gone through many changes and expansions. It currently has 990 rooms located in in three tower Fantasy, Adventure and Frontier. Each towers theme matches the land it's named after. While visiting Goofy's Kitchen we had some time to explore the Fantasy tower. The main floor and second floor walls are decorated with amazing park art.

Starting in the rear foyer, magic is everywhere.

Jack Wrather was a friend of Walt and the original owner/builder of the Disneyland Hotel. Disney didn't take control of the hotel until 1988.

Now to the art. These are mostly original concept painting of lands and rides. They are located on the first and sccond floor.

Enjoy.
